I am wanting to purchase a NOS AM antenna mast for my 1969 chevelle but not sure witch one is correct. Some have oval tops with a grove and some just a small ball. What would be correct for mine Built 1st week FEB. Thanks Dennis

AM radio would be the oval top, FM is a round ball and non-adjustable length.
I've seen 2 different tips on the oval ones. Some have a groove in the tip, others don't. |

I believe there were at least three vendors for the AM oval mast, and I agree with Rick, some did not have the groove on the tip.
