Some times the date is on the tag or stamped on the case. Looks like the 1980's to me.

Not positive but I think it might be dated 1978. Used in a variety of cars and years.

78 was the first year for the 3 plug (blue, white and black) "corporate" radio that worked in almost everything. This should fit upto 1985 in almost every vehicle across the GM line.

Based on the info above, I'm going to lower the price to $45.00 including shipping to the lower 48s.
