I think we walked around that place for 2-3 hours! It was amazing! And there was tons of cool stuff in the family room too! Heck, even the bathroom had a cool picture of a drive in hanging above the head.

I love '64-'65 Falcons, especially '65s. I'd kill for a stock '65 Futura post sedan with a V8. Imagine how nasty the A/FX Falcons were with 427 FE and SOHC power back in the day!

Sam
It was something like you would never imagine, even the pic's could not capture all the "Stuff" hidden in ever square inch of this guys Man Cave. The ceiling was unfinished trusses and it was loaded too. As well was the family room in the house.
And yes his wife is very suportive. They open up there whole house for this by invitation only gathering of car guys, Including Lunch.
Sorry you missed it Sam. I also had a nice time at the Pav's the other night with Bruce and Rick. Also got to see Kevin and the new 61 Tri Power Pancho..WOW, is all I can say.
Sunday I came back here in rainy NE Ohio to pick up soggy leaves and ready myself for the trip to MCACN.
And then back out to Scottsdale in Dec.for a while.
And Sam, I would like to extend to you the same offer you made to Rick Nelson and Dana concerning the #8012 Yenko Camaro

Quoat By Sam

"Rick/Dana - I will be willing to come to Illinois a week early and drive this Camaro on the street relentlessly in order to sort out the ride height. No need to thank me - it is THAT important to me."

So Sam, since your stuck at Wright Patt AFB all winter, when I return to Scottsdale Shaun and I have agreed to burn the glaze off the tires on Deuce and maybe even the Plymouth for you. Heck, that's what friends do, right ?...
Let me know...

It sure looked and sounded like a special event. Maybe next year - something to look forward to. It wasn't too soggy around here yesterday. Made my way down to Paul Brown Stadium to see my beloved Stillers notch another win!

I'll take your offer under advisement. BTW Mikey, do you have a VALID driver's license?

P.S. no glaze on those "Mc" tires out back as I scrubbed the pavement a bit at the Pavillions a while back!

Holy God!!!!! That's absolutely incredible!!!!!!!

Now I know where I wanna go when I die.

Like Sammy; I honestly believe we lived through the hands-down BEST time ever for a car guy. And Bruce's pictures here prove that Old Guys still know how to have fun!

Thanks a Million for sharing the pix Bruce!

Sam,

I'll just drive the DEUCE back to my place after MCACN and house it for the winter. I'm finishing up the new building and there's plenty of room for it and a couple more of your favorites. Illinois's a lot closer to WP than Queens Creek, and you can pop over for a weekend anytime you feel the need.
