Gotta be the coolest hood scoop ever seen on a Deuce, maybe on a Nova! Cool rendition of the DEUCE for the nose of the hood: Remnants of the double sided tape, and the original stripes running through the top of the 'N' in the emblem: For you tow tab gurus:

Well it was worth the wait Marlin! Excellent pictures man. X2 on your comment about the hood being the coolest ever. If this car goes bay to a day 1 resto, I'd be very happy to give that hood a nice home! Thanks for the tow tab shot too. |

I did put an old set of Don White Cragars on it though. Its a survivor Deuce man. Never a hot rod and never Day-2ed. Plus, its Vera's car she said. |

Actually the tow tab pic is of my orange deuce but i'm gonna put them back on the blue car.It had a Yenko crest decal on the drivers door too.I still have(not pictured) the original black & chrome yenko emblems in my tool box.I can't wait to get this car finished with the hood & tunnel ram! It's too bad the orange car is the one that had the 5:13s.Gonna check the date codes on the gears tomm.Marlin, feel free to post the pics of the other 2 as well. |

I may have sat in this car when it was in the WR Austin showroom. I grew up in Norwalk. Went w/my dad to buy a new car and a dark blue Yenko Deuce was in the showroom. I was sitting in it, pretending to drive, shifting through the gears and a salesman came over and yelled at me saying I was going to damage the transmission! Dad ended up with a Plymouth Duster! |
