			yes, for a few years ,,,, it was a blast, took my 73 Z28 there later (the 70 was in paint prison) and beat John Heinricy who drove up from the GM DPG in a "new" Corvette (one of the last years of the C3's). I think it one of the 1st few Solo events John attended. One of the events was sponsored by the Four Cylinder Club of Arizona, another I think by the Cactus Corvair Club, not sure if the SCCA ever ran one Avenue of the Fountains was one of the streets, then it turned North (?) can't remember the exact streets it used, it was West of the Fountain and West of the small business area that is there today
