Lower fender bolts

[JOZW30]

Would like to replace the bolts that hold the fenders in place at the bottom on my 72 W30. They have a 1.32" diameter washer and I assume should be phosphate coated (mine are old and painted).

Have seen a kit on Evil-bay for like $22.00 per side with shims and J-nuts.

Seems like a lot of money for a couple of bolts.

Don't need the other stuff........

Is there a supplier that sells these at a reasonable price?
