Definite Cruisemobile!

a lot of the cars you pictured were at the Town Of Paradise Valley show earlier in the day (except for the Alfa with the Ford engine).

I spoke at length to the owner of the Buick pictured above (Jim ???, forgot his last name) at the PV show. That car is the BEST unrestored, ORIGINAL car I have ever seen. AMAZING condition. 3 on the tree manual trans with NO power anything, no power steering!!! No power brakes. I think the radio is the only option (it may have been a standard feature for that car).

That car is as nice as it was when it rolled off the assembly line 50 + years ago.

Thanks again for your coverage, it is good to see them in review the day after.

since you have so many stitches on your temple, obviously its not on your "squint" side when taking pictures otherwise that could be quite uncomfortable. THANKS for toughing it out on a day when USC got trounced !!!!!!!!!! maybe Jim Harbaugh can take over for Charlie Weis since he knows how to beat USC !! GO IRISH !! maybe next year..

time to get ready for

Bruce,

I Love it! I`m sure Darren hates it, especially the rear view

Bruce....please get some rest, to be walking around and taking pictures for all of us to enjoy with stitches in your head, well.... words cannot describe my gratitude.

Everyone knows that's a DeTomasso Mangusta, come on!
I believe they were 351 Ford powered.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think the DeTomaso Mangusta ("Mongoose") was powered by the 302, and the Pantera ("Panther") was powered by the 351.
