not a loaded question...... I am rather clueless to the current status of the market. I did howver fall off my chair whan I saw an L35 listed for 119k...

anyone care to give their opinions as to the value of the car in the link?

Thanks,

JD

I think the $119K is way too high. There is no mention of documentation and/or history, and without any of that, $50K is probably realistic. If it's truly as nice as it appears in the pictures (and the fact that it has an AACA pedigree doesn't hurt) it should be an easy sale at the right price.

One minor item, it appears to have the wrong air cleaner lid.

if my pea-brain notices the hood hinges and latch as being thr wrong finish I coud imagine there is lots more "incorrect" on this ride.

I also doubt chambered exhaust came original on this, or any, L35 car.

Other than the air cleaner and exhaust, it looks like a really nice optioned L35. I bet it cost who ever more than 60k to restore. I think the 119k is for the black Jag next to it.

RPO NC8 chambered exhaust was available with the RPO L35 engine option on a 1969 Chevelle.

Your eyes must be better than mine, Jim....I couldn't see enough of the base to tell if it was right or wrong
