I'm looking for suggestions, on who to buy a new M22 from, for one of my cars. Not a "numbers" trans, but a new one. I know about Ed Hartnett in Pa, but I'm looking for some others. I see a couple guys on Ebay selling them, but I'm looking for someone trust worthy, with a good reputation building Muncies.

http://5speeds.com/ Here's who did my Autogear M-22 Super Muncie. After over a year of research about those new Muncies, I chose Paul Cangialosi at 5speeds.com . He even worked in conjunction With Autogear in developing these new Muncie parts and even released a great book recently about re-building Manual trannys, Muncies in particular. Muncies are his passion. Anyway, I ordered mine with a 2.5 First gear which is a vast improvement over a 2.2 First in a street/strip car. There's a lot of Muncie rebuilders out there using offshore Chinese gears, make sure you you get the good Italian-made gears that Autogear offers.

Bill I have been using Craig at [email protected] for a few years and I have been real happy with his work. He has a big collection of original cases and the aftermarket cases. He can build them any way you want for a very fair price. Craig is located about 2 hours north of me and if there is anything you need me to do just let me know.

The Italian gear company is moving or has moved to China. No American gear sets for Muncie that I know of anymore,
