Default What kind of wheels are that?

A friend drive this 8x15 and 10x15 on his El Camino.

He don´t know what kind of wheels are that...

I say to him either Western wheels or C3 Collector wheels...

What do you think?

I know there was a company that used to make this style wheel; the company was called Permacast.
