Default Goodyear polyglass tire question

Does anyone know the correct factory application for the Goodyear polyglass H70-14 tire? It is a white raized letter tire. I don't think it's for a GM application but maybe Buick GS? Did any Ford or Chrysler products come with this tire size. Thanks

That's a fat 14" tire.. I'd highly doubt anything came with factory H70-14's, but can't swear to that.

I asked a similar questions years ago before this valuable internet info was available. I recall that that size was used on Ford Rancheros in 73 and possibly 74. The 1970 Chrysler 300H may have used this size but it may have been a 15" H70.

I am not 100% sure, but I believe that the largest size from the factory was G70- 14's and G60-15's. Anything larger than that was a day 2 mod. If I am wrong, please let me know.

Looks like they were used on 73 Torino with a/c

(d) H70-B/WL standard with air conditioner NOTE: B/WL-black side wall tires with raised white letters.
