Since it's too late to edit, I found this while looking around.

http://www.moparts.org/moparts/pictu...il/Brazil.html

Looks like the super powerful little hemi is only 136 cubic inches or about 2.3L . But hey, at least it's got aluminum heads.

In case no one has figured it out yet, the GTX was available only as a hardtop or ragtop, so there cannot be a 4-door GTX, Hemi or not.

Around 1986, there was an article in the first High Performance Mopar issue on two Hemi 4-door Coronets. One of them appeared at the B-J auction a few years ago. The other was white, I believe, and I think both of them were ordered and sold new around Kansas City.
In addition to the Brazilian GTX (I think it was based on the Aero-Willys?), Argentina had a more proper GTX, which you can find HERE!

Yep. Ran across one of those in a trip to Oz a few years back. Had the "Six Pack" callouts, but car was way too little to shove a 440 in (at least from the factory).

Wow...i never knew they made so many unusual cars for other countries...I actually really like the look of the 73 charger...thats what i love about this site...if the info. is available, someone here will know or find it...Thanks Guys!!!

Actually Rich, Id probably have a better chance of my Camaros arriving here if I drove them myself through Mexico (just kiddin)...but I learned a lesson last year when I sent a box of new computer supplies to my friend...along with a 2000 dollar laptop...when the box never arrived she got me in contact with the Brazilian officials in immigration and the fellow told me that I broke Brazilian law because i sent used goods into Brazil which is illegal...I actually took the brand new laptop and all the paperwork out of its original box because it fit better in the box with all the other NEW computer supplies. He told me my laptop and all the supplies would be stored and eventually destroyed...he did mention that there was a way to recoop my stuff, but it would cost about 3000 dollars

at that point I totally lost it and told him to stick my laptop you know where!!!

I know dam well someone in Brazil has a killer laptop!!

The part that hurt most were all the pictures and personal stuff that was in the box too...Now, I take everything in hand on the plane with me when i come here...

Ive been aplying for papers down here for investment purposos for about a year now...with no luck so far...Ive done everything to the letter of the law..Come to find out that my friends good friend is a lawyer here for the government who used to work for the same judge that is in control of my destiny...She went and spoke to him last week and ...wouldnt you know, my papers are being sent in January right after the holidays...(and i did not have to bribe anyone)the reality down here is who you know (or who you pay)is real important

Did any of those 4 or so Hemi 4 doors come to Canada?

Hi Keith:
If I remember correctly a bronze 66 Coronet 4 door hemi was in Ontario. That may be the car Pete mentioned that Rick Simpson had but I am not sure.I raced a guy weekly back in the late 70's with one of the white 67 coronets which is how I got exposed to the original 4 door hemi's.He talked a lot about that 66 in Ontario.
The 67 4 door was not a matching number car but she was a real deal factory hemi which kicked my 70 ls-6 just about every race. I'm not sure what the front of the car looked like but I knew from the front doors back real well.

Gary Fryer from Des Moines Ia bought A 4-Dr. Dodge in Kanas City Area. He bought the car off his widow. The guy name was Pappy somebody that bought it new. He blew in up and was deceased when Gary bought it. I think the guy ran a machine shop or speed shop?? I remember Gary telling me he gave 10,000.00 for the car. Which we both thought was too much at that time.I,m guessing this was around 89-92.
