If I were to use the pockets not thinking I'd probably lean against it and put a pressure dent in the fender.

I have some circular magnets with a keyring that I put on either end of the cover to hold it in place.

Exactly what I thought about mine. Good opportunity for a dent to appear.

Here is another one to cross off the list. Don't bother trying a pair of these:

I remember when Lisle made some really good quality stuff. I still have a really OLD Jeepers Creeper with the claw feet!!!! And it works perfectly. Have another 50+ year old Lisle Jeepers Creeper that I keep at the shop. Always admired their stuff.

Remember some old school Lisle fender covers with the rubber pad backing. They stay in place. Thought these would be similar. Didn't even bother to take them out of the cellophane packaging. Cheap and thin.

I have a really old STP and a really old Champion. Both well made, but starting to get brittle and come apart.

Still looking for something at a reasonable cost.

I have an old set of Mac Tools and a set of old Craftsman fender covers, both that have a foam backing. I also use fender blankets from time to time.

I just use 2 of those old quilted U-Haul moving blankets, they are very thick and heavy, covers both fenders and the front header panel.
