| Second Generation Camaro Inner Fender Paint Color

Can any of you tell me what the correct shade of black is for the inner fenders on a later second generation Camaro? Specifically 1978? I had to pull the passenger side inner fender out of my uncle's Z/28 to replace a blower motor and it has some white overspray on it from when the car was repainted 30+ years ago. I'd like to sand it down and repaint it the correct color since the car retains the stock appearance. I will pull the drivers side and redo it to match once I wrap up a few other things on the car.

Andy, here's a photo from 2016 Camaro Nats of an unrestored 9k original mile 1980 Z28 inner fender...hope this helps. Not super glossy...IMO closer to 60-70% gloss.

I recalled a low mileage 78 Z going through Mecum earlier this year and was very lucky to find some pictures of it in an online search! This car has a little over 6,000 miles. Just putting this here in case others are researching this in the future. https://www.mecum.com/lots/1111660/1...et-camaro-z28/
