Hurst ramrod shifter NOS in the box
Here is a Hurst 4 speed ramrod shifter that is NOS in the box. Has all the rods, shifter, boot and ring. $750 plus shipping.

it was pointed out It looks like it is missing the pull-up rod to go back to 1st and second gears.

It's missing more than just the rod, all the adaptor stuff at the bottom of the rod.
