			You really have to do the steam cleaning/degreasing first. All that dirt and oil contaminate the derusting fluid and render it inert before it can even get a chance to work. That was why I pressure washed the underside of my car first. It cleans all the contaminants off of your parts and provides a clean (non oily) area to work with.  Any oil on the parts basically acts as a protective shield preventing the derusting liquid from touching the surface. If I were you I would rent a steam cleaner or a pressure washer (using hot water) and then buy a new batch of derusting fluid. What does it say on the shampoo bottles? LATHER, RINSE, REPEAT. 			Interesting...looks like the driver's side upper ball joint is riveted and the pass side is bolted??  Wilma very cool car!!
