			Albert, one way to tell if it's been restamped is to mic the OD if possible as they have to turn it down to remove the old numbers. If you can get that measurement, I have posted on this site what the diameter should be from the factory.   Otherwise, I can get you the measurements tomorrow if you need. Kurt
