For Sale - 1969 Camaro Z28 DZ Carb
For Sale - I am selling what I believe to be an original DZ Carb for a 69 Z28. It is a good core but most likely needs a rebuild. It appears to be all there. There is a imperfection in the date stamping which is clearly indicated by the pictures.

It looks like 041 to me, but thats just from the picture thats posted.

If I were to guess, it would be 041. That said however, I believe the first character of the date stamp was scratched out. It is very difficult to make out. I'm not even sure what "041" would decode to. Thanks, Dave

"041" would be the first week of April, 1970 which is a service replacement carb.
