I was over on the North Shore in the summer of 1988. I had done some surfing along the Outer Banks of North Carolina as a teenager growing up so I thought I would give the North Shore a try. Since it was the summer the waves weren't as big as December but compared to what I was used to these waves were HUGE....I caught 3 had a blast and decided it was best to move on. As I was coming onto the beach I saw a guy who wiped out come out of the water with a face full of blood and a busted nose. Don't know what happened to him but I knew I made the right decision.

Good use of Sick days from work  most likely called in sick to work as well  That had to hurt!!!
