Default 67 rear end decoding
I just purchased yet another 67 and have this rear end code. Just looking at info to see if it is a real Camaro rear end

PT was one of the codes used during the 67 model year on a Camaro w/3:73 open w/metallic brakes.

That date code off the center section translates to Nov 9, 1967 - which would be a 1968 model year rear end.

Have a couple of PT rear axle 67 Z28s in the national registry that CHP runs.
