Machining Pic's and Video's

I was walking thru the Shop today and there was a lot of neat "Stuff" going on so I thought I would Post some Pic's and Video's of things we are making.....If anyone has any Interest in this area, I can Post some Pic's of Machines we build also......The first set shows some various Prototype Stainless Steel Inlet and Outlet Ports that will eventually be made as Cast parts.....These Parts aren't finished as of yet.....the Pic's just show method of Manufacture (But...the Parts have to be Delivered on Friday)

Here's a Video of our New Haas Drilling (8) 1" holes thru 5/8 Stainless Flanges in 1 minute and 40 seconds.......It has Thru splindle coolant that go's right thru the Carbide Indexable Drill.........Pretty Cool

Here's a Fixture we are making for cutting 6" dia 90 degree Stainless Elbows to Exactly to 60 dergees......Pic's and Video
