new e-bay record set for five blade nova fan?
ebay item number# 70189439743
L-78 nova five blade, sold for $1,175.00 maybe the other e-bay nova five blade fan purchased for $750.00 was a good investment.

big number for that considering most BB Nova fans had flat rivets, never saw an original for 69,70 with round rivets, but anything is possible I suppose

Isn't this blade supposed to have a "W" stamped on it to be correct? The seller does not state if it has any markings at all.

I have an original on my desk now and just took photos of the original off our survivor 70...they both have the flat rivets.....it also appears if there is a slight recess (almost a coutersunk area) at each fan bolt hole. May just be from being bolted on the engine but it looks like it is machined into the part. Maybe I can swap a 5 blade fan for an 837 alternator...or 499 distributor....
