Current thinking indicates there was just one; subtle changes were made over time.
There was a ZL-1 website that had a posting of the internal Chevrolet request from Styling to the Norwood Plant for ONE 1969 Camaro to be developed as the ZL-1 show car. The second page listing the build configuration was not attached. Document was dated March or April 1969.
