This is a GM Paste Touch-up Kit in Midnight Blue Metallic.
I believe this was bought back in the '70's and appears to be new and unused. There is one very small indention in the paste where it looks like someone may have taken out a sample. All the kit supplies look to be intact and unused.
After 30 years the paste is hard of course so you would be buying it just as a collector piece.
