This is the problem with placing a car on e-bay. Last time the bids didn't come close to the BIN for this car. The worst part is that a new price point was set. This time the final bid will be lower then the first, IMO. Nice car.

I think most people that put cars on Ebay think as I do and that is to set them high and try to get all the money, but if it does not sell you can relist it at a more reasonable and market correct price. At the end of most of my auctions where the reserve is not met buyers can have a second chance to buy but I have never sold a car that way. It seems to me alot of the bidding is for fun by many of the buyers and just to have the excitement of bidding on a high dollar item and hope you dont smack the reserve and have to retract you bid. The bee is a very nice car and I really think its on the money now. I had the chance to take it out for a few miles and the car does act and drive like a low mile car but let the buyer be the judge.

EBAY, like it or not is a great way for a person to get his car in the eyes of millions of people almost instantly for 50.00, i personally feel that the quality cars may not sell on the auction but will sell because of the ad placed there,

Thats so true,and have you noticed the hundreds of late model dealer adds on Ebay that are asking for offers. I really hate when they do this because it takes much more time to scan a large groupe of adds from a specofic search like closest to you.
