I have seen those W-27 rears before but I thought only the rear cover was aluminum. I never realized that the entire center section was also aluminum. Very, very cool factory piece. I'd love to see the inside of one. I'm curious if the carrier caps are iron or aluminum also.

The Aluminum 12 bolt center section is not the same as the 10 and 12 Bolt Aluminum Rear End Covers.
