Could the sun be reflecting the red engine paint onto the firewall?

I agree with what Bill said....and the comment by Andy wasn't needed in the first place, anyways.

I've heard of some interest in mint 4-speed Stage 1 X cars in the 250K-300K range. My .02 cents.

If so, this sound like a fair deal for this non-stage car.

This is Janelle McHam's former "X" The Car was featured in the May 1992 issue of Muscle Car Review. It was a second place winner at the Buick Nationals back in 1987 and 1989.

I have the original 11" x 17" build/broadcast sheet, which was found in the car.

It is also listed in the Buick GSX registry and Historical Society as the 373 GSX built in 1970.

The engine is NOM.
