Default Spring Plates

-------I am in need of a pair of original 5 leaf spring/shock plates for a 1969 396 Nova. I am aware that they are reproduced but need an original set all the same. Hope I can locate a set fairly quickly so I can get this old car back together. Thanks for any help in advance........Bill S

Bill...Modern Chev has some that are supposed to be original GM parts. www.oldmusclecars.com. Good luck.

I checked in the catalog. They show part numbers 842GM and 843GM, but they list them as GM replacement parts. Give Allen 396 a shout. He may have some factory ones.
