Has anyone, who uses pump fuel, noticed any difference between the various major brands of 93 unleaded, or is all the same quality.

I believe it will vary from region to region as well as time of year...I think I read a report that said there were nearly 100 different blends of gasoline for the US alone?

When I was sixteen, 260 was cheap and plentiful. Times have really changed, wish I could go back for a little while.

I have used aviation fuel blended with Sunoco 94 with no problems. I see no differance when blending with racing fuel from the track.

[/ QUOTE ] Your right Rob, a local distributor told me the same thing. He also advised not to use aviation fuels in land based vehicles. Said it has a whole different additive package and is blended much differently for the 'thinner air' where planes operate.

There is a difference. Here in California the gas is oxigenated. Oxigen is added during summer high usage period. Horsepower and mileage are affected.
