70 BALDWIN MOTION CHEVELLE
Remember the supposed 70 BM chevelle for sale in Tucson recently that was discussed here? I was informed it was indeed a real car and was sold to someone in GA. Anyone confirm this?

...I WAS THE OWNER OF THE 70 CHEVELLE BALDWIN MOTION PHASE III CAR..TO ANSWER THE QUESTION, YES ACCORDING TO THE DOCUMENTATION I RECEIVED FROM THE PERSON THAT HAS THE CAR.I PAID THE DOC FEE AND OVER A YEAR LATER ALL I RECEIVED WAS... "WHAT MAKES YOU THINK IT IS A MOTION CAR"...CHECKED ALL 48 STATE MVD OFFICES. NO RESULTS...CALL ME IF U CAN HELP. BOB IN TUCSON...520-722-2680

....LOOKING FOR MORE PEOPLE THAT OWNED A MOTION CAR THAT (SOMEONE WE ALL KNOW)WOULD NOT DOCUMENT.SO SINCE THE CAR WAS NOT DOCUMENTABLE, $25,000.00 WAS A GREAT SALE OF A ROLLING BODY OF A 70 SS 454 CAR.IT IS STRANGE THAT THE DOCUMENTATION SHOWED UP A FEW DAYS AFTER THE CAR WAS DELIVERED TO THE NEW OWNER IN GA.MY LAWYER IS LOOKING FOR MORE PEOPLE THAT THIS HAS HAPPEN TO.CALL ME AT 520-722-2680...BOB

If what you say is true that is a real crappy deal you got.Whether it was one one day,month,or year later that the docs show up that shouldn't matter.Something smells fishy.........
