Default '68/'69 Chevelle SS

Tracking this for my brother: Don't need numbers matching drivetrain or paperwork. Must be a nice clean turn-key, rust free driver with a four speed. Prefer burgundy, Lemans blue, green, or gold, with vinyl top and bucket seats, good power (no dogs!) with a posi 3.55/3.73 rear. Upper limit is $25K, but will consider all "in the ball park". This is my older brother's first venture into musclecardom and I want it to be postive. Thanks!

P.S. will consider a ragtop with upper limit at $35K.
