Don't COPO's come with 140mph speedometers?

Only if they had the COPO 9737 package would they get 15" wheels/tires and the 140 speedo.

Several things about the car that don't strike me as right:

1) The grill is black, shouldn't it be silver?

2) Were there any COPO's built with the RS option?

3) The car sits low, could have been a 350 car and didn't change the springs.

4) I thought most COPO's got the column shift with an Auto.

5) Where are the Doc's?

Just my $.02.

Paul

[/ QUOTE ]The RS option could be ordered on a copo. My car came with the Automatic console and no gauges a complete stripo. I don't know if it's the same car but I remember a car similar to this one being discussed a while back

Nice color combo and the car does sit kinda low. COPO's could be ordered pretty much anyway you wanted RPOwise, although AC was not available. Many were not heavy on the options as the primary duty was to go quick in a straight line. The powerplant/drivetrain package was the shining star here. And what a deal at under $500 for the 9561 option!
