I bet you are right!
 It appears that someone is working on it at the time of the picture. Like to see this picture in color, to see if the Chevelle is "Burnished Brown".

  ----When I saw the photo, I thought that was such a coincidence, especially under the Motion sign---And it was much better than an obscure photo I had---My car is off in the distance under the Chevron sign and that tall shadow holding up the far right corner is yours truly---They had told me --Don't worry Joe your in the photo LOL--Photo is 10/69---You sure that's a '70- --
