Yenko's Dormont Dealership...then & now
As i was sorting through some of my Yenko photo collection this past weekend, I came across this photo taken by Don in 1987, very shortly before his death, showing his Subaru/Used Cars dealer lot in Dormont, PA, which is a suburb of Pittsburgh. My brother Erik (SupercarKid), who lives in Dormont, was helping me inventory the stuff, and thought this particular photo looked strangely familiar... well today he sent me a pic of this exact location, which happens to be less than 1 block from his home... Its now a Volvo dealership, with no ties to Yenko, but the lot still looks very similar...Wonder what happened to that old Yenko sign

Would be cool to have a Yenko Subaru license plate frame considering my daily drivers are Subarus. Cool pic.

There's plenty of Yenko Honda plates here in PA - put one of them on your Sub!

Isn't this where Yenko finished the last batch of the 1981 Yenko Turbo Zs

The Dormont location was strictly Subarus and used cars. As far as I know the Turbo Z's were done at the Yenko Chevy dealership in McMurray PA.
