Larry, how do you know this isn't a scam to get your money???? "Ebay has charged me over $150.00 to run these auctions, donate money to keep it going???" Sounds kinda fishy?????? Hell, this person is a shoe salesman, read there feedbacks?? Plus they are running three scam alert adds right now. Mark

I like what he has to say. I am not advocating that you send him money. Sorry if anyone misunderstood.

Larry,
I think it was important that you started this post. In that "auction" the person brought out a ton of ways to protect yourself from being scammed. These methods are used everyday and the "innocent" are losing money. Alot of people, from this board, can benefit from this information.
I agree with you, it doesn't mean that we have to donate to this person, just apply the knowledge.
As the comedian, Rodney Dangerfield, once said, "Look out for number one and in the meantime don't step in number two!"
Nick...

I'm sorry Larry I didnt mean to come across picking on your post. Actually like Nick said there is alot of good info in there, but it just funny what scammers would do for money. Its like a wolf in sheeps clothing, its still a wolf no matter what they put on. As for this person they could be the real deal, but there are alot of suckers out there that have been bitten and are pissed off so they send money so it doesn't happen again, but little do they know it probably just did. As for ebay, I buy off there almost everyday, I know I'm taking chances and I have been burned as well, will I stop? NO, there is stuff out there that I cant find around here at a good price. Ebay is not that bad, the good guys out way the bad ones, and if your interested in an item really think about it before you bid.. Play on, Mark
