Default need help decoding a Fisher tag

hey guys I have never seen one of these before, any ideas and how does it decodes???
I found it on my '67 Fold Down seat this morning as I was pulling the brackets and such before recovering it.

Bud,
That's a seat tag. Told them what seat to put in what car.
I don't think we have the data on your car, but it looks like it's a deluxe interior coupe w/ fold down and rear speaker.
Is the body # 9515?

had to double check, yes it is 9515, just one more thing that is a little off on my car and backs up the strike they had in Nov of '66 car is trim tagged for Gold Deluxe and has Black Deluxe in it, it has a few other odd things, I cant put my fingers on the doc's to back it up but recall reading a article years ago about the managers building cars while the UAW line workers were on strike, even had a picture of the guys wearing white shirts and wearing ties building cars that were close to being done, if anyone recalls this article I could really use it.
