I hope I can have the crew that did this one restore one for me someday.

That car is a twin to my '70...but definitely a "little" rough around the edges!

There are many incorrect things on this Chevelle, but what stands out the most to me are the White Kick Panels,White Console, and White Pillar Post covers.
For a White Chevelle interior, those should all be black. I must admit it though, those items that color are an interesting concept. Finally a Red Chevelle w/o stripes! |

I don't know how they survived with the heater core disconnected in Oregon. I bet it leaks if you reconnect it.

What's up with that steering wheel?? Looks like something that should belong on an Olds or Buick Station Wagon with woodgrain sides

Is that is a Monte Carlo Steering wheel shroud?
Looks like it from here. |

Its actually the standard wheel used on Malibus (and probably monte carlos too)in around 1976/77. The SS is some sort of emblem jammed through the horn pad. A true SS wheel of that style would have the SS logo in the center of the silver strip, similar to the strip on a 71/72 Chevelle SS steering wheel.
