Pure stock drags
Rob reports from Michigan that all is well, except for "crappy" weather and the track (traction)went away in the PM. He started the day invovled with a special shootout put together and covered by My Classic Car(Dennis Gage) and Tom Shaw. Rob in the Yenko against a supercharged Studebaker. Rob posted a 12.51 and a 12.45/113mph(new personel best) to the Studes 13.0 and 12.80 to take the shootout. Rob said that MCC shot lots of footage of the matchup. Hopefully more then a few seconds will be used when inserted into a show.

Hey guys,
I will take a bunch of photos today (Sat) and post them this evening from the drags. I hope the weather stays bearable for everyone today, with Michigan it is almost impossible to come to a reasonable conclusion on the subject of weather, but if luck wont prevail with good weather maybe the luck can change at the casino which is about a half hour away from the track.
