Ron,
As per my PM to you, what plant was your car built in? Where you found yours was a new one on me. Quite likely because most would never last very long in the elements. Rick

Chevelle build sheets have been found literally anywhere in the car. Under the seats is most common place but they have been found in the headliner, under the rug, behind dash, inside the door, inside the fender, etc.

Hello JoeC: I was curious about this build sheet business thought I had not seen the question here at the time. There was an interesting answer over at the "COPO CANADA" spot.
Your description sort of reminds me of the scene in the "French Connection" when the Mark III is getting the once over and the subject of rocker panels comes up! Regards

Jim,
as the owner of an Arlington car, you are very lucky to have found any sheet in your car. Seldom did that plant put them in the car.

I had a '70 Chevelle SS, Arlington Built car which had the build sheet under the sound deadner, on the drivers side floor pan.
