that car was listed on ebay 4 or 5 times last year and i believe never got over $35k. that is understandable after looking at the pics of the restored car. does anyone know any details other than what is in the ad? looks like the owner has a chip on his shoulder from the wording of the ad. either that or he is in denial. I don't have my documents with me but if I recall, this was an October car. Just a little early for the LS6.

That's my recollection, too. During its many previous appearances on eBay, and subsequent discussions, I believe the general consensus was that it's lineage is doubtful [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/no.gif[/img]

I thought the condition of this Chevelle was in much better shape last time on Ebay then those pix show now.
It's VIN# is an interesting one as it is so early.
Z09847 I think the Z should be a 2??
The block is a 1971 Tonawanda CE as he has noted in the ad.

if you look at the other pics, hes got alot of doc's (real or not?) but i cant tell if they say LS6. someone should look at them [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/no.gif[/img]
