YS160 for sale on corsa site

Beware of this car for sale from Mike Byron in Las Vegas. I bought YS160 from him in Feb. of 99 and got all the paper work that goes with the car. His story at the time was that the tag was lost in his recent messy divorce from his wife.

Just thought I would give everyone a heads up on this one before it got messy.

EVERYONE needs to take note of this, and file it away in their memory, as we are uncertain just what Mike's plans are right now.

So have you asked him how he is selling your car again ? I would be sure to print a copy of his ad for your records. Maybe since you bought the Yenko you can just go pick it up and have two cars.

Got a interesting phone call from him. About how he is going to sue me because I warned everyone about what he is trying to do. He said since he found the origional tag that the car it was on would be the real car. Anyone on the board a lawyer????

I kind of thought that I was the one who should be suing him... Maby Charley is right I can just go and pick up my other car... I will give my permission to anyone on the left coast to do that.

Shouldn't he be sending you the original tag since he "found it" for you ????I wouls suspect ifyou caled the DMV of his state and told them whats going on they just may go pick up the tag for you.
