I have what i believe are the orig. motor mounts to my COPO. Does anyone know the part number to these mounts? Thanks in advance,

I have a L-78,69 SS, and I purchased a set
of N.O.S. pieces for our car a while back. On the Part sticker on each Moter/frame mount are the #'s 3980941 and 3980942, respectively. I think the last four digits of the number are stamped into the frame mounts also, on the lip that the bolts go through to the frame. Now I am not sure as to the fact that these are service replacements, or the actual assembly line parts. Joel |

I haven't looked at the parts in a while, and they are buried in the garage. Now I am not sure as to the fact that these are service replacements, or the actual assembly line parts. Joel |

I believe the motor mounts in my car are original. Is the part # visible installed?

I haven't been in the garage yet. But I think I am correct in the assumption that the COPO L-72 and RPO L-78 incorporate the same frame mounts. I will look this Monday as I am off and will start spring maintenance
on the L-78 and I will check for you.....Joel |
