70+ Camaro Dash Pad/Frame Issues ???????

1) What (specifically) 2k Bonding Adhesive have you had good success in mending broken / fractured plastic, FRP or the like...................

There is an arched area on 70+ Camaro dash pads FRAMES that goes over the Steering
Column that is broken.....

2) Do you have experience with the warpage on right side of 70 Camaro dash pads that is so common.
I have installed two more studs (where GM omitted them) and have a piece of
aluminum angle installed on those FOUR right studs.........Hoping
to apply WHAT KIND of heat to bottom side of dash frame , so as to straighten out
warpage.........

YES, Im fully aware of my choice to buy the OER or NPD reproduction dash pad !!!!!!
