Default 68 Z28 Yenko Badging.

I have a 68 Z28 and according to my NCRS Report my car was sold New at Yenko Chevrolet in Cannonsburg,PA. My question is, were all Camaro's sold at the dealership have Yenko Badges on the tail pan.

Dealer Badges/Decals/Plate Frames weren’t always used but Yenko sold is certainly cooler than if not.
Likely just a stock Z-28 sold by Yenko but are there any signs of/history known/stories of it ever being anything more?
If it happens to be one of the Yenko Sold ‘68 Z-28 VIN’s noted below, dig deeper as the linked thread indicated Paperwork was available for these cars.
Otherwise, welcome aboard also Merry Christmas!

I'm doing a full restoration and should be finished in acouple years. I just thought it would good value wise to show that it was a Yenko sold Z28. I talk to Jerry about it and he knows a guy that use to work there so hes checking. 54k mi. car with rust issues.

You can try calling Warren Dernoshek and see if he has any info on it.

He worked at Yenko and has some paperwork

He knows it was sold at Yenko, he already got the NCRS report. What he's asking is would this car have come with a Yenko dealer badge, emblem, or decal, perhaps on the tail light panel? He's not asking if it would have a Yenko emblems on both fenders like the super car conversions did.

I have seen some Yenko Chevrolet sold cars with the Yenko crest and have seen some original photos with no crest.

The red white blue 1968/1969 Yenko crest used by Yenko Sportscars was hand painted so probably not used on a lot of Yenko Chevrolet sold cars but if you bought the car from Yenko and asked for a Yenko crest they would probably put one on for you.

It is hard to say unless you have original photos or original holes on the tail panel

here are some photos I had saved from various posts
