Thinking about having Jet Hot coat a pair of exhaust manifolds for a Camaro I am restoring . Has anyone used them before ? Good? bad ? The cast iron color looks spot on. Thanks

I know it is not the same as exhaust manifolds but I had my headers coated by them years ago. The ceramic coating has held up pretty well. I would definitely use them again.

I used por-15 cast gray exhaust paint. Looks fantastic, and it costs $30 or so. Many on the vette forum say they've got long term success using it.

This is just after 20 min. of breaking the cam in. I used a bit of the high heat orange overspray on the top runners and that burned off halfway. I like the look. Last edited by cheveslakr; 11-13-2024 at 08:32 PM. |
