Dallas Jones
Beech Bend Raceway owner Dallas Jones died a few days ago. Some of you have met him at the track. Dallas was a long time racer who ran a series of cars called Brief Encounter. He hasn't been involved in running the track for a while now due to illness.

Dallas was a one of a kind and a pioneer of keeping drag racing alive. You cannot duplicate a man with his vision and desire to enjoy life on his terms. “Good Speed” Mr. Jones and thank you for 1/4 Mile happiness.
