Hi Friends and Happy New Year!
I have a rare GM distributor as shown below; this one is used but was removed years ago and has sat since - I would recommend going through it completely before using / installing it. Complete as shown - the original instruction sheet is available as a jpeg in my previous listing of the NOS one I had, FYI. Part number 14044871 - see last photo for the description from the Chevrolet speed equipment buyer's guide ca 1988. This is a genuine factory Heavy Duty / HiPo speed part. "HD off-road electronic HEI, magnetic-impulse type. Comes with Tuftrided shaft and concentrically ground advance cam with reinforced weight pins, locked-out vacuum advance, no tach drive. Uses standard cap and rotor." If you want an HEI distributor, BUT with the old school points - type look; this IS IT! This thing is in used condition, as shown and complete with patina. 300.00 PPG shipped priority with tracking & insurance to the US. Cheers Friends, and all the best in 2023! Anthony |

You may already know this, but this is a MSD distributor sold through GM parts. All parts for this distributor are available through MSD. The magnetic pick up is a Ford Duraspark unit that MSD used in many distributors.
