Ah, I didn't follow the webpage that far and no mention of that on the Kelsey Hayes order page either.
Summit is estimating a ship date of January 26th. Just followed the link to Speedway. Seems like a safe bet...  "This part will be shipped by the manufacturer. We estimate this item will ship on or before June 9th."
