I have a set of Chevy 1971 Heads #3973487X that have been completely gone thru for sale. Heads have the 1.94 intake valves and 1.50 exhaust valves. Cast dates L-22-1. These heads were boiled, cleaned and magged for cracks. Valve seats were ground stock. New valve guides liners installed. Checked for flatness on block side surface. All stock valves and spring hardware were used. All checked out good. All threads chased and cleaned. Heads were painted correct Seymour Chevy Orange. These heads came with hardened seats for use of unleaded fuel. Oiled and bagged for storage. I have over 600.00 dollars total in these heads, purchased cost, then the rebuild cost of the heads. I will sell for 300.00 dollars, a great price IMO. Great set of heads done right. Why buy new when these will work great with the 1.94 valves on a street engine and power band.
