Mint used SST-802-2 and a NOS Chrome NC-5 cup. 12 volt, 8 cylinder negative ground. This tach does not require a transmitter box.
I bought this in the late 80's from the guy in the old Roundup magazine who bought and sold Sun Tachs. He said he tested every unit. I have no way to test. Great face, no haze and great colors. Chrome ring around tach has some very slight haze from cleanings and age. Red center pointer is firm, not loose, as it should be. Needle moves around when you move the tach as it should Has light kit bulb. $300 + shipping. NOS NC-5 cups sell for 150-175 if not more alone on Ebay Last edited by whitetop; 12-08-2020 at 02:12 AM. |
